3. Notice for EU Customers - New EU Import Duty Policy (Effective July 1, 2026)
The Council of the European Union has approved new customs regulations for low-value imports. Effective July 1, 2026, the customs duty exemption for parcels valued under €150 will be removed. During the transitional period (currently scheduled from July 1, 2026, to July 1, 2028), low-value shipments entering the EU may be subject to a temporary fixed customs duty of €3 per customs tariff category.
To comply with the new EU regulations and ensure smooth customs clearance, a customs surcharge of US$3.50 per parcel will be applied to shipments to EU countries. This fee is collected by our cooperating carriers and remitted to EU customs authorities.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

4. Latest Update: Shipping Delays to Middle East & Africa
Starting from March 2026, due to escalating regional conflicts, shipping and delivery times to the following countries may be affected: Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Israel, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Angola, Morocco, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Uganda.
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed at this stage. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

5. Notice: Romania & EU Import Fee Update (Effective January 1, 2026 / July 1, 2026)
Additional Fee for Romania
Effective January 1, 2026, according to Law No. 239 issued on December 15, 2025, by the Romanian government regarding public resource recovery and efficient utilization measures, all parcels imported into Romania from non-EU countries with a declared value below €150 are subject to a fixed fee of 25 RON per parcel.
In order to ensure smooth customs clearance and successful delivery, our cooperating carriers will collect and remit this fee to the Romanian state fiscal authority (ANAF) during customs clearance. Therefore, in addition to the shipping costs covered by us, customers are required to pay an additional fee of US$6 per parcel for eligible shipments destined for Romania.
If your order value reaches or exceeds €150, please contact our customer support team after placing your order to request a refund of the US$6 additional fee. This charge is required by local regulations and is not optional.
Romania & EU Import Handling Fee Update
Effective July 1, 2026, the Council of the European Union has approved new customs regulations for low-value imports. The customs duty exemption for parcels valued under €150 will be removed. During the transitional period (July 1, 2026 – July 1, 2028), low-value shipments entering the EU may be subject to a temporary customs duty of €3.00 per customs tariff category (approx. US$3.50 per parcel). This fee is collected and processed by our cooperating carrier and remitted to EU customs authorities.

For shipments to Romania, an Import Handling Fee of US$9.50 per parcel (combined Romania & EU import handling fees) applies to eligible orders, in accordance with local import requirements. If you have any questions regarding these charges or your order, please feel free to contact our customer support team. Thank you for your understanding and support.

6. Declare value & CustomTax
Generally, we will declare our parcels as "Gift" and value below $30 for most of countries, but for the European countries, we will declare the actual value of parcels since in the European Union, customs regulations are standardized to facilitate trade between member states and ensure consistency, the accuracy of declared values is monitored and discrepancies can lead to delays, fines, or other penalties.

Orders from our site will normally not need to pay tax when you receive the parcels. But if you know your country has a strict custom, please let us know how to deal with your order to avoid them, we will try our best to follow your instruction.

7. VAT Policy for EU Customers
To provide clarity and transparency regarding the VAT (Value Added Tax) for our customers in the European Union (EU), please review the following policy.
VAT Collection - For orders shipped to EU countries, we are required to collect VAT at the point of sale. This ensures compliance with EU regulations and simplifies the purchasing process for our customers.
VAT Rates - The applicable VAT rate will be based on the destination country within the EU. The standard VAT rate varies between EU countries, typically ranging from 17% to 27%.
Display of Prices - The final amount at checkout will reflect the VAT charges based on the shipping destination.
Exemptions and Refunds - If you are eligible for VAT exemptions or refunds (e.g., for certain business transactions or tax-free purchases), please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will guide you through the necessary steps and documentation required.
Responsibilities - As the seller, we handle the collection and remittance of VAT to the relevant tax authorities in compliance with EU regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is accurate and that any special VAT-related requirements are communicated to us promptly.

8. Shipping Policy for Mexico Customers
Customs Duties - Under the latest Mexican customs regulations, goods valued below US$2,500 are subject to a 33.5% import duty effective January 1, 2025. This duty does not apply to shipments originating from the United States or Canada.
Customs Declaration - All shipments to Mexico must include the recipient's RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry Number) or CURP (Unique Population Registry Code). Failure to provide these details may result in shipment delays, returns, or destruction of the package, and could incur fines or penalties.
Important - Please ensure your RFC or CURP is entered correctly. Incorrect tax information may lead to shipping failures, and we cannot provide refunds for failed deliveries caused by such issues, thanks for your attention!
